Flamenco "Informance" - a unique K-12 educational experience
Your students will experience a 50-minute interactive ‘informance’ where they observe dance performances by members of our troupe and learn basic Flamenco dance moves.
Students will observe their teachers learn to play castanets and then the students will lead the teachers in a composition with the notes they have learned.
They will participate in the historical narrative of Flamenco, interact with new vocabulary, engage in question & answer sessions, plus show what they know through a series of simple and fun games.
